1.关闭mysql 服务

2.执行mysqld
– 打开cmd窗口，切换至mysql安装目录

3.新开启cmd,登录root
-不用输入password，直接回车
C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin>mysql -uroot -p
Enter password:
4.修改root密码

5.使用新密码登录root
