Restart-Service -Name wuauserv
Install-WindowsFeature Net-Framework-Core
Set-ItemProperty -Path ‘HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU’ -Name UseWUServer -Value 1
Restart-Service -Name wuauserv

将连接外网安装netframe3.5
