ORA-27602: Failure to publish network status information, cell library error code [string]

Cause: Network status information publishing failed.

Action: Check the value of errno and contact Oracle Support Services.

ORA-27602: Failure to publish network status information, cell library error code [string]错误表示Oracle数据库无法保存由Cell Library函数返回的错误代码。

1、重启数据库以解决集群工具的问题。

2、使用update cellcls.cellgbl set state =’state’来更新单元状态。

3、也可以使用execute dbms_hm.set_run_state（）来更改运行状态

4、使用VDC_HOME ./bin/faultDiagnosis.sh来查询ASM控制文件错误并解决错误。

5、重新开始配置OEMCC

6、重新配置ASM实例
