Cause: The specified ACL identifier is invalid.

Action: Check the ACL identifier, and execute the function or procedure again with a valid ACL ID.

ORA-46059: Invalid ACL identifier specified是Oracle使用ACL权限控制功能时可能出现的错误，表明指定的ACL标识符无效。

1.确认ACL标识符是否符合规则，最大长度不超过30字符，只能包含数字，字母，下划线或连字符。

2.如果超出规定字符则删减字符，或者重新指定有效的ACL标识符。
