ORA-30955: The XML Index does not exist or is not asynchronous

Cause: An attempt was made to synchronize a nonexistent XML Index or a synchronous XML Index.

Action: Create the XML Index in asynchronous mode.

该错误消息表明，在尝试应用了XML索引的XML查询时，找不到XML索引或者该索引不是同步索引（如用户使用ASYNCHRONOUS索引）。

1.确认XML索引是否真的存在；

2.检查XML索引是以怎样的模式创建，是否使用SYNCHRONOUS模式或者ASYNCRONOUS模式；

3.如果XML索引为ASYNCRONOUS模式，需要使用CTX_DDL.SYNC_INDEX()函数同步该索引。
