解决 – Windows10安装pylint失败
笔者在使用VS Code初次打开.py文件时，应用提示安装python插件。插件安装完成后，程序继续提示安装pylint，但是安装时并未成功。
pylint安装问题在Windows10上极其容易出现，本文将介绍一种解决方案，并在第二节中给出。
错误分析
执行安装指令pip vps云服务器 install pylint，出现错误，错误信息如下：

Windows上很多问题都是由于编码引起的，pylint安装失败也与编码有很大关系。
解决方案
定位到以下文件：
C:\Users\UsersNames\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python36\lib\site-packages\pip\compat\__init__.py
定位时需将路径中的\UsersNames\与\Python36\，更改为计算机具体情况
定位到文件的第75行，将源代码：
return s.decode(‘utf_8’)
更改为：
return s.decode(‘gbk’)
重新执行pip install pylint
安装成功
